• Custom Products: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

b. Return the Product: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us ( to China ). The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

c. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

d. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
